The main purpose of the branch in terms of quality – training highly competitive professionals in the labor market in accordance with the existing and future requirements of the individual, the state, society and the needs of the Institute.
Taking the quality policy, the institute branch guidance assumes the following obligations:
1. Ensuring a long period of high competitiveness of the university in the domestic and foreign markets of educational services and scientific production in traditional areas of education, research activities due to the high quality of training.
2. Improved training of medical and scientific personnel of higher qualification.
3. Creating the necessary conditions for the implementation and effective use of new educational technologies and the results of scientific activity; development of culture and the formation of an attractive image of a branch of the university in society.
4. Development of fundamental and applied science.
Taking the quality policy, the institute branch management declares the following basic principles of the activity:
1. Due to the fact that the quality of education system is strictly formalized, it will be documented and tracked almost in all main processes of the organization and implementation of training.
2. The leading role in ensuring the quality of education belongs to the rector, vice-rectors, deans of faculties.
3. The quality of education is monitored and ensured improved in each educational program, each faculty. The quality of education is assessed, a branch of the Institute as a whole.
4. Improving the quality of education is based on the continuous improvement of the quality of teaching and methodical and logistical support of the educational process, as well as the introduction of modern educational technologies.
5. Improvement of pre-university training procedures, input selection and the creation of positive motivation of students to learn will improve the quality of the contingent of applicants and enrolled students.
6. Continuous Improvement Management branch of the Institute on the basis of modern methods of management system, as well as providing continuous professional training in the field of quality management for all branch employees.
7. Improvement of the material and financial support, as well as social protection of students and staff of the Institute branch.
Guide branch of the institute undertakes to provide the finishing, understanding and effective implementation of all the staff of the Institute, a branch of the Policy in the field of quality at all levels of government.
